wp:paragraph -->\n<p>As the civil sub-consultant to Helix Architecture, T&amp;B provided civil engineering services including site layout and design, grading, parking lot improvements, water service lines, sanitary sewer services lines, exterior storm sewers and streetscape within public right-of-way, utility coordination, and rezoning.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:envira\/envira-gallery -->\n\n<!--
