Amenities include a resident lounge, dog park, courtyard, and community bike-share locations. Marcato Apartments sits along Troost MAX which is a major bus rapid transit route and supports pedestrian activity as well as public transportation. Marcato is just minutes from Hospital Hill and the vibrant heart of downtown Kansas City, MO.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":30} --><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 30px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:spacer --><\/p>\n<h4>What We Did<\/h4>\n<p>Taliaferro &amp; Browne provided civil engineering services including site design &amp; layout, grading, utility design &amp; coordination, parking lot design, and streetscape design within public right-of-way. Marcato also features aesthetically pleasing outdoor gathering spaces as well as sustainable green infrastructure elements such as rain gardens and bioswales.
