Phase I of this development includes 263 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, a clubhouse, swimming pool, dog park, walking paths, and bike trails.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":30} --><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 30px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:spacer --><\/p>\n<h4>What We Did<\/h4>\n<p>Taliaferro &amp; Browne provided survey and civil engineering services including site layout &amp; design, grading, utility coordination, private and public sanitary and storm sewer design, and roadway design within public right-of-way. Additional civil design services included watermain relocation and extension plans for the project.
