The project is located on a portion of the Swope Community Builders Campus with surrounding amenities and will be the area\u2019s latest development.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":\"30px\"} --><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:spacer --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h4>What We Did<\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Taliaferro &amp; Browne provided civil engineering and land survey services including a topographic survey and a subdivision plat for the project. Civil engineering services including the preparation of an urban redevelopment plan, along with site design, site grading plans, utility service connections, stormwater detention, paving, sidewalks, and parking lot modifications.
