Significant infrastructure improvements were made to both stadiums including the relocation of major infrastructure such as sewers, major power lines, and water mains.<\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>What We Did<\/h4><p>Taliaferro &amp; Browne provided all civil engineering services, including master planning and preparation of construction documents for all streets, pedestrian paved areas, storm sewers, site layout, site grading, utilities, mass grading, and erosion
