Additional amenities included restaurants, lobbies, and an adjacent, underground parking garage for 1000 cars.<\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>What We Did<\/h4><p>As the civil engineer of record, Taliaferro &amp; Browne provided preliminary and final site grading, design of entrance drives and patron drop-off areas, a storm water study, drainage and storm water detention design, erosion control and land disturbance plans, and associated LEED compliance.
